Price Matching

• Cool Stuff by L&M, Inc will match any of our local competitor's advertised price for the same item.
• Price matching is only offered at the Cool Stuff Walk-In Store.
• Products and accessories included must be the same.
• Competitors must be within an 30 mile radius of the Cool Stuff Walk-In Store.

Terms of Use:

•  You certify that you are over 18 years of age and you are the owner of any credit card used to purchase items on this website. 
• All airsoft guns are required to have the tip (1/4 inch) of the barrel permanently colored in orange. Any person who changes, alters, or removes the orange markings that are required by any applicable state or federal law or regulation, is guilty of violating the state or federal law. 
• It is the purchasers  responsible to find out the local regulations on any of the products we sell. Please check with your local and state government regarding replica firearms laws before purchasing. 
• All unauthorized trademarks must be permanently removed from any item(s) sold by Cool Stuff by L&M, Inc.

Payment Method:

• Cool Stuff by L&M, Inc, accepts all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express) . We do not except  Pay Pal at this time, but will in the near future.
• We do not accept personal check or money order.
• Sales tax in add to every order of 7%.
• Credit Card is billed as soon as order is placed.
• Any and all discount coupons must be applied at time of payment.

Return Policy:

• Due to the nature of the products listed on our website ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 
• Returns are not available Cool Stuff by L&M, Inc has pre-authorized the return under extreme circumstances. To request a return please fill out and submit an RMA Form. 
• All items returned must first receive authorization and an RMA number from Cool Stuff by L&M, Inc. 
• Do not ship back anything without prior authorization from Cool Stuff by L&M, Inc, it will be refused.
• All upgrade parts are sold as is, all sales final, absolutely no exceptions.

Shipping Policy:

• Orders over $150 or more are eligible for free shipping. 
• All orders require 1-4 business days to be processed for in-stock items regardless of shipping method chosen. 
• If you are not shipping to your billing address, you must call 412-653-0892 to confirm your order. The order will not ship with out confirmation.
• Any orders return to us due to customer missing or incorrect information, customer will be charged for re-shipping.
• Cool Stuff does not ship to Canada.
• Cool Stuff does not ship to APO/FPO address.
• Customer will be notified by phone or email of back ordered items.
• UPS does not deliver on weekends, holidays regardless of shipping method.

Cancellation Policy:

•  If you would like to cancel an order you must call Cool Stuff by L&M, Inc at 412-653-0892. 

• If the package has already been picked up by  UPS, a 15% restocking fee will be applied, as well as additional transportation charges.

Warranty:

• All airsoft guns purchased from Cool Stuff by L&M,  not already covered under warranty by the manufacturer, are covered under our 15 day limited warranty. This warranty covers manufacturer defects only. The warranty only covers the gear box only.
• Cool Stuff Tech Staff will determine a manufacturer defect.  
• AEG magazines are also covered by our 15 day warranty. Tactical gear, internal, and external upgrade parts are not covered under any warranty. The limitations and coverage of the warranty are listed below.
• Batteries and chargers are NOT covered under warranty.

What Voids the Warranty:

• Using cheap or quality bb’s like those sold by Wal-Mart, Dicks Sporting Goods, Kmart, Dunham’s, act……
• Misuse or damage by consumer. Water damage, dropping, jamming barrel into the ground, cracks and/or improper care or storage.
• Removal of orange tip.
• Upgrades or down grades from another company during the warranty period.
• Disassembly for any reason.

Please note manufacturer Warranty:

• You must have of proof of purchase.
• Customer is responsible for shipping cost.
• ALL KWA PRODUCTS -Customer is responsible to send products to KWA!
